Deer causes car to overturn
A driver suffered serious injuries in a road accident when they were surprised by a deer crossing the road late Tuesday night.
A driver suffered serious injuries in a road accident when they were surprised by a deer crossing the road late Tuesday night.
In an attempt to avoid the animal, on the road between Kockelscheuer and Bettembourg, the driver lost control of the car, skidded off the road into a field where the car rolled over several times.
The driver suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance.The car was completely destroyed in the accident.
The startled deer was not hit by the car and escaped unharmed.
