"Lucky" driver in head-on crash

On a wet road between Waldhof and Senningerberg a van driver lost control of their vehicle on a right-hand bend and skidded before crashing head-on into an oncoming truck
The drivers of both vehicles escaped with no injuries, however the van was destroyed.
During the salvage operation that followed, the road was completely blocked to traffic.
