(JB) Foreign investors wishing to relocate or start a new business are the target of a new brochure aimed at attracting new business in Luxembourg.
Luxembourg: Where Else? has been published in English, Chinese and eventually Russian in a bid to ensure the country's continued global appeal.
Produced by Price Waterhouse Coopers and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the brochure has already been downloaded 10,000 times in 15 countries around the world.
It focuses on the strategic advantages that the Grand Duchy can offer firms wishing to expand in Europe. Among the key highlights listed are the country's high quality infrastructure, a flexible framework, highly qualified staff and established entry and exit procedures for investors.
Luxembourg is well known globally as an important hub for the financial sector. But, the document underlines that the country is also attractive to other industries such as ICT, science and technology, health, media and logistics.
The latter is particularly significant given the Grand Duchy's plans to create a VAT-free storage zone at Findel airport.
Finally, the brochure highlights the high standard of living an investor or entrepreneur can expect to enjoy by moving to Luxembourg.
