(JB) A Swedish financial group is seeking a buyer for its Luxembourgish credit card and asset management subsidiary.
Banque Invik has been put on the market by Catella, which hopes to reach an agreement with a buyer before the end of the year.
The bank, which was founded in 1989 by Swedish industrialist Jan Stenbeck, currently employs 122 people. Catella says that its plan to sell the subsidiary is “strategic”.
In 2008, Banque Invik moved to the newly constructed North Pole building on avenue Marie-Thérèse from Boulevard Royal.
Reserved for the most exclusive clientiele, Banque Invik offers customised services to its clients in clearing international credit card transactions.
