(JB) Police were baffled after they found a stolen goat inside an abandoned building in Sanem.
The five month old dwarf goat was reportedly taken from a nearby meadow then left, tied up inside building opposite a primary school on Saturday.
The unfortunate creature was thought to have been in the property for some time before passers-by heard bleating and came to its rescue.
Police are appealing for information from anyone who may have seen who took the creature. Anyone with information is urged to call 113.
