(JB) Tango has apologised to its customers after they were left without network for an hour on Monday morning.
The mobile phone provider said that a relay terminal failure prompted the loss of network in 15 coverage areas in Luxembourg, among them Kirchberg, between 11.30am and 12.30pm.
Communications director Violette Montagnese explained that the problem had since been resolved.
Tango did not say whether the outage affected both 2G and 3G networks but described the issue as a “minor fault”.
