Members of the public will have a chance to find out more about Luxembourg's Irish community at a special Irish Club event this Thursday.
The Irish Club of Luxembourg is coordinating the evening gathering for the extended Irish community across the Grand Duchy and for the general public to raise awareness and attract new members.
Among the other clubs attending will be Comhaltas Ceolteoiri Eireann, which promotes traditional music, song and dance, the Ireland Stand at the International Bazaar, Luxembourg Rose of Tralee, the Gaelic Sport Club (gaelic football, hurling and kamoge) and the Club Representing All Irish Chieftains (CRAIC).
The event, which takes place from 7.30pm at the Black Stuff, Val de Hamm, offers the public a chance to meet club representatives, find out more about what each club does and sign up.
