(JB) Graffiti artists caused an estimated 40,000 euros' worth of damage when they tagged a series of noise barriers along two motorways.
The taggers scrawled the words SECK, SIOR, B4T, ACHE, ANK and OTC along panelling lining the A13 near Pétange and the A3 between Dudelange and Luxembourg.
Police estimated the cost of the clean up to be around 40,000 euros and are appealing for witnesses to come forward to help identify those responsible.
It thought that the graffiti was done some time between October 20 and November 7. Anyone with information is urged to call 113.
