A kilo of cocaine has been seized along with a loaded pistol after they were found in a home in Septfontaines, close to the Belgian border.
Police found the stash during a house search after Belgian officials targeted a large drug ring over the border.
At the property they found a loaded pistol with seven rounds, one kilogram of cocaine, 101 grams of heroin and a small amount of marijuana.
The drugs were thought to be destined for sale on the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. Police in Luxembourg are now investigating a number of suspects.
Cocaine is thought to be the most commonly used stimulant drug in Europe, according to a European Monitoring Centre report.
The report, which was published last month, also revealed that dealers can sell the illegal drug for a higher price in Luxembourg than any other European country, at around 100 euros per gram, compared with the European average of 45 euros.
