Luxembourg's law courts were evacuated this afternoon because of a bomb threat.
More than 200 people were forced to leave the complex at St Esprit in the capital at around 2.30pm.
According to police, an anonymous caller warned that a bomb had been left at the site, which would apparently explode at around 4pm.
At 3.45 pm the security zone set up around the building complex was widened. Pedestrians in the area had to be stopped by police.
After a thorough search with sniffer dogs no bomb could be found, according to police spokesman Vic Reuter.
Among the cases which had to be temporarily abandoned was the Luxair process, a six-week hearing to apportion blame for the Luxair Fokker crash on November 6, 2002, in which 20 people were killed.
