Luxembourg's health ministry has declared that national hospitals have not used breast implants by French manufacturer PIP.

(CS) Luxembourg's health ministry has declared that national hospitals have not used breast implants by French manufacturer PIP.

Dr Elisabeth Heisbourg from the Direction de la Santé said on Friday that hospitals in the country had already been asked as early as spring 2010 whether they were using PIP implants, when first warnings had been pronounced against the silicon used in the prostheses.
