(CS) While libraries in the US have hopped aboard the ebook train, the offer is limited across Europe including the Grand Duchy, mainly due to copyright and technical issues, says culture minister Octavie Modert.
Following a parliamentary question by Green deputy Claude Adam, culture minister Modert agreed that an ebook infrastructure was necessary, however she pointed out some of the difficulties in developing this system.
