Two Shih Tzu dogs were choked to death in Wasserbillig on Wednesday morning between 5.30am and 7am.
(CS) Two Shih Tzu dogs were choked to death in Wasserbillig on Wednesday morning, January 25, between 5.30am and 7am.
The animals were walking outside in the backyard of a partially fenced residential building in the rue des Pépiniéres at the time of the crime.
