Police are appealing for witnesses to a bizarre incident in which a stranger cut off horse tails from a meadow in Bilsdorf.
Altogether four horses' tails were cut by the mystery thief. None of the animals was injured. The incident occured in a meadow behind rue Abbé Neuens between noon of January 25 and 6.30pm of January 27.
