(ADW) One of Luxembourg’s best known landmarks in the north of Luxembourg, the “Schiessentümpel” bridge and waterfall in the Müllerthal region of the country, is a picturesque setting in summer popular with tourists and a magnet for amateur and professional photographers. In fact the setting is a common sight on Grand Duchy postcards.
But what does it look like now? With the cold, ice and snow does it still have its charm? Certainly! Now the bridge and waterfall has taken on a different world. While the waters are still flowing, an almost magical world of glistening icicles and sculptures together with blankets of snow can be enjoyed around it giving the setting a completely different look than the usual summer landscape we’re used to.
