Ireland's ambassador to Luxembourg says that there are no plans to close the Irish embassy despite calls for its closure by a minister of state.
In interview with the Galway Independent Irish minister for training and skills Ciaran Cannon called on the government to re-evaluate its embassy network in order to target countries experiencing “massive economic growth” and therefore drive job creation.
