(CS) A Luxembourg dermatologist who cheated health insurance providers out of 162,000 euros has been sentenced to five years in prison, with two and a half years suspended, and a 75,000 euro fine.
The 51-year-old was accused of billing no less than 2,851 forged medical receipts between 2005 and 2008, causing damages of around 162,000 euros.
