Motorist assaulted in Hollerich
A motorist was shocked early Sunday morning while waiting in his car parked in Hollerich. An unknown perpetrator tore open the car door and before the driver could react, was hit by the attacker.
(ADW) A motorist was shocked early Sunday morning while waiting in his car parked in Hollerich. An unknown perpetrator tore open the car door and before the driver could react, was hit by the attacker.
The incident took place on Rue de Bouillon, the same road the nightclub M Club is located, at about 6:20am on Sunday. The motive for the attack appeared to be robbery as the perpetrator stole several valuables from the car.
The robber then fled the scene undetected.

The incident comes hot on the heels of Luxembourg Mayor, Xavier Bettel’s announcement that if incidents of abuse continued in Hollerich, bar licencing hours would be curtailed.
