CS) Average prices to obtain a category B driver's licence in Luxembourg have risen by 24%, after the government lifted a 48 euro price cap in July 2011.

A study commissioned by the Luxembourg consumer union ULC, consulting 27 driving schools across the country, found that the average price for both theoretical and practical lessons had increased, bringing the price for a licence up from 912.80 euros to 1,170.50 euros.
