(CS) American ambassador Bob Mandell welcomed Fulbright students, who are taking part in an exchange programme between the US and Europe, with Fulbright alumni from Luxembourg also among the roughly 80 guests.

The programme, established by Senator Fulbright inspired by his experiences as an exchange student in England, celebrates its 66th anniversary this year.
