Luxembourg not proceeding with Acta ratification
Luxembourg economy minister Etienne Schneider has announced that Luxembourg will not proceed with the ratification of Acta until a verdict by the European Court of Justice on the trade agreement has been reached.
(CS) Luxembourg economy minister Etienne Schneider has announced that Luxembourg will not proceed with the ratification of Acta until a verdict by the European Court of Justice on the trade agreement has been reached.
The matter of Acta was passed on by EU commissioners to the Court of Justice in Kirchberg on February 22. Judges are now meant to assess whether Acta complies with European basic rights.
