A roadside alcohol test
set up not far from Larochette on Wednesday evening showed that the
majority of drivers respected the country's drink-driving laws. Out of 88
motorists just two drivers were found to be above the legal limit.
The check-point was setup
on the road between Heffingen and Ernzen, however for the two drivers
prosecuted, one of them had their licence seized on the spot.
Swerving in the capital
In
Luxembourg City on Wednesday evening, police officers spotted a car
swerving all over the road. Sure enough when stopped the driver
proved to be well above the legal alcohol limit and his driving
licence was immediately seized.
