A foolish motorist finally had what was coming to him when he was stopped by Luxembourg police in the early hours of Monday morning.
A foolish motorist finally had what was coming to him when he was stopped by Luxembourg police in the early hours of Monday morning.
The incident occurred at about 5am in Colmar Berg when police stopped a car for inspection. Unable to produce a vehicle technical inspection certificate, the driver also declared he had no insurance.
