(ADW) Luxembourg was condemned on Thursday by the European Court
of Justice for failing to hold a national register of road transport companies,
required by EU law.
In a statement, the government responded by saying that this
"first conviction does not imply financial penalties" and recalls
that the Luxembourg parliament approved the bill to create a register on November
22.
