Paper factory stink caused by break down
A Belgian paper factory which sent a fetid fog into Luxembourg on Wednesday evening suffered a breakdown, it has emerged.

“There was a problem with the waste incinerator, which also burns waste gas,” explained deputy director of the Burgo factory in Virton, close to Arlon.
