Cyril Mollard (Ma Langue Sourit), Étienne-Jean Labarrère-Claverie (CIBO'S) and René Mathieu (Château de Bourglinster) took time out to create a menu for 100 disadvantaged people at the Caritas-run temporary shelter Foyer Ulysse.
