justified under certain conditions, a Europe-wide survey into
gender-based violence has found.
Commissioned
by the European Commission, the Special Eurobarometer 449 survey
conducted by TNS found that 38% of people polled in Luxembourg
believed sex without consent was acceptable in certain circumstances.
