Luxembourg firefighters began the weekend being called out to two fires on Friday night and in the early hours of Saturday morning.

It was just before 8pm when a publicity sign was reported to have burst into flames in Junglinster on Rue de la Gare. The fire brigade and local police quickly arrived at the scene and the blaze was extinguished. Details of how the fire occurred are not known at this stage.
