A prison inmate who escaped in handcuffs while attending a hospital appointment was found on Thursday.
A prison inmate who escaped in handcuffs while attending a hospital appointment was found on Thursday.
According to Luxembourg Police, the 23-year-old fugitive was spotted by a bus driver who recognised him from a photo published by local media when he disappeared on November 14 from the CHL.
