Showing his support for environment protection, Luxembourg’s Grand Duke Jean celebrated National Tree Day, together with Environment Minister Carole Dieschbourg.

Showing his support for environment protection, Luxembourg’s Grand Duke Jean celebrated National Tree Day, together with Environment Minister Carole Dieschbourg.

During Saturday morning, a delegation of tree planters were out doing exactly that. Trees and hedges were planted to raise awareness to the public to environmental preservation in Luxembourg’s 90,000 hectares of land covered by forests.
