(SH/STH) Two men in Luxembourg had to learn the hard way that the law also applies in the online world. Due to xenophobic commentaries on Facebook, they were sentenced by a Luxembourg court.
However, both sentences were less severe than what the public prosecutor asked for and than the maximum sentence of two years imprisonment for incitement to hatred.
