(STH) The “European Air Ambulance” branch of Luxembourg Air Rescue (LAR) has received the award for best air ambulance services in the world at the International Travel & Health Journal's global conference in Berlin.
The Luxembourg company managed to win against its international competitors from the USA, Canada and Africa thanks mainly to it being the first air ambulance to have an infectious disease module (for cases such as Ebola) and the only one to have certified weight transportation stretchers.
