(JB) Last Thursday's High Court Brexit decision was as a “first ray of sunshine” for a campaign group representating British nationals in Luxembourg.
The High Court ruled that Parliament should have a say before the UK invokes Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty, triggering up to two years' of formal talks about withdrawal from the EU.
