The European Union has set a target of 40% of 30-34 year-olds achieving diplomas in higher education by 2020, and Luxembourg is not far off.
(ADW/SW) The European Union has set a target of 40% of 30-34 year-olds achieving diplomas in higher education by 2020, and Luxembourg is not far off.
Statistics revealed by Eurostat regarding the number of graduates across all EU countries in 2015, show that some countries have already achieved this.
