Luxembourg Police are urging residents to be respectful this Halloween or face hefty fines.
In previous years, the pagan festival has resulted in a number of cases of vandalism to property, even damage to graves. This year, the force says it will be policing the streets and reminds pranksters that vandalism is punishable by fine and offenders could even find themselves in court.
