Luxembourg police patrols on Sunday evening stopped several cars resulting in at least three driving licences being seized and all of them because of excess alcohol consumption.
The first incident of the evening was reported in Dudelange on Route de Luxembourg. A patrol noticed a vehicle veering across the road in zig-zags, and police pulled the car over for inspection. The driver admitted to drinking alcohol and a subsequent breathalyser test proved positive. The motorist's licence was seized on the spot.
