A Luxembourg team of chefs taking part in the IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany on Sunday managed to grab the silver medal in the “catering” category.
The Grand Duchy team of René Kertz, Laurent Baudouin, Jean-Claude Brill and Jerry Herkes, among others, had to prepare a soup, a starter, a main course a dessert, a vegetarian menu, and a salad buffet for 150 people.
