(ndp/NG) The LCGB had already announced on September 27 the likely elimination of 105 positions at JP Morgan Bank Luxembourg as part of its vast outsourcing strategy.
On Wednesday night, the LCGB, OGBL and Aleba unions announced they had found an agreement with the bank concerning the social plan. After 15 days of negotiations, the number of employees impacted by the collective dismissal was able to be "reduced from 105 to a maximum of 93, mainly through internal redeployment."
