A woman was left in shock on Monday evening when a man approached her and violently ripped a necklace from around her neck, before fleeing the scene in Mondorf-les-Bains.
A woman was left in shock on Monday evening when a man approached her and violently ripped a necklace from around her neck, before fleeing the scene in Mondorf-les-Bains.
The incident occurred at about 6pm when the man began talking to the woman on Avenue Pat Barron.
