Luxembourg sends €500,000 of aid to Haiti

(ADW) After Hurricane Matthew caused major destruction to the southwest of Haiti on October 4, Luxembourg will now provide 500,000 euros worth of emergency aid. This was announced by Romain Schneider, Minister for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs, on Monday evening
The emergency aid will be given as a priority to Luxembourg humanitarian projects and non-governmental organisations that have been active for some time in Haiti.
