Luxembourg Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna introduced the country's draft spending plans for the next three years as a budget for quality, solidarity and competitiveness.

years as a budget for quality, solidarity and competitiveness.
Presenting the multi-annual framework for
the period of 2017-2020 on Wednesday, the minister said the spending
would pave the way for greater qualitative growth and a higher
quality of life, for example in environmental and climate
investments, which will reach a record 617 million euros in 2017.
