Thousands of visitors crowded the "Haupeschfest" taking place in Berdorf this weekend. Around 7,000 visitors found their way to the autumnal Müllerthal to stroll around the 140 stalls.
Artists and artisans from Luxembourg and abroad exhibited their products and artwork in the little village in the east of the country.
The festival, which took place over two days, was organised by the "Fraen a Mammen" club from Berdorf.
On Sunday morning, the traditional "Haupesch mass" was celebrated in the "Breechkaul" amphitheatre, where hunting-horn blowers performed.
"This year we had prepared a great raffle and the catering was done by the clubs, "said Linda Hartmann, President of the "Fraen a Mammen" club.
The proceeds of the festival are traditionally donated to charitable organisation. Last year, €25,000 came together.
