(RR/ADW) The new Ban de Gasperich district of Luxembourg City slowly rises from what was once fields and farmland.

The new buildings will require a lot of heating and electricity, which will be supplied by the ECCO building located on Avenue F.W. Raiffeisen. However, the new district will not be the only customer.
