Luxembourg's Prime Minister Xavier Bettel spoke at a plenary United Nations meeting in New York on Tuesday in relation the the 'massive displacement' of migrants.
In his speech he stated that "this global crisis calls for a global response and a shared responsibility worthy of the name solidarity."
