(TL/JB) Taking out a fixed interest mortgage has never been so appealing in Luxembourg, after fixed rates fell to a level below those of variables.
According to the monthly statement of Luxembourg's Central Bank, fixed rates fell to 1.64% while variable rates were at 1.67% on mortgages.
