August was a busy month for asylum applications
The number of applications for international protection in Luxembourg continues to fluctuate, rising from 131 in July to 197 in August.
(JB) The number of applications for international protection in Luxembourg continues to fluctuate, rising from 131 in July to 197 in August.
The figures were published by the Foreign Affairs Ministry on Tuesday and show that while August's influx was not the highest of the year (265 people applied in January), the flow of migrants shows no sign of stopping.
