A young driver was stopped in Dudelange during the early hours of Monday during a routine check, as he had been driving 80km in a 50km/h zone.
The police officers noticed the driver was drunk and that his car documents were not in order. His "contrôle technique" document had expired in July, and his insurance hadn't been valid since February.
