(JB) The US Ambassador to Luxembourg observed a moment of silence on Sunday in what was a low-key tribute to the thousands lost in the Al-Qaeda terror attacks in the US 15 years ago.
Press were only notified after Ambassador David McKean and his wife, Kathleen Kaye, gave the tribute on the embassy grounds in Limpertsberg.
