(JB) Belgian
national Jo Dirix has not taken a flight in several years. He has not
eaten meat since he was 16 and, while he dedicates a large part of his
life to raising awareness about climate change in the hope people
will adjust their lifestyles, he is realistic about the challenges
this creates.
“We
cannot be expected to live like hermits or 'Little House on the
Prairie'. That's not an option,” Jo told wort.lu/en, “But we have
to be aware that all the stuff we consume has enormous impact on
other parts of the world.”
