(JB) Footage filmed on CCTV cameras in Luxembourg City was used as evidence in around half of criminal investigations that took place in the areas filmed, it has emerged.
The controversial network of CCTV cameras, known as VISUPOL, was first rolled out in 2007 when 74 cameras were installed in the capital as part of a test phase.
